These general terms and conditions (the “General Conditions”) apply when you as a consumer (the “Customer”) place an order via drythings.se/com. The agreement is concluded between you and DRY Creative projects AB, company reg. no. SE556876-3006 . Detailed contact information and other information about DRY Things and DRY Creative projects can be found on the website.
The Customer must be minimum 18 years old to order via the website. DRY does not, in accordance with Swedish law, accept any credit purchases to persons below 18 years of age. DRY reserves the right to deny or change a customer’s order (e.g. if the Customer has provided incorrect personal data and/or has any record for non-payment of debt).
The website and all its content is owned by DRY Creative projects. The information is protected by intellectual property and marketing legislation. This means that product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without the prior written consent of DRY Creative projects.
Prices are presented in SEK, NOK, DKK, GBP, USD or EURO depending on what country you are ordering from. Taxes are included in price but shipping and customs are excluded.
DRY Things uses Paypal for all orders outside Sweden.

Delivery and deliverycost
Deliverytime from DRY is normally 1-5 days after payment has been made. Shipping is added on all orders less than 1000 SEK.
Fee for uncollected shipment or unsuccessful delivery attempts
In those cases, packages, letters, postal parcels or pallets /larger parcels are returned to DRY Things by the freight company due to the purchaser / recipient 1) has not collected package from the delivery point; 2) has not been reachable on Supplied Notification Phone; 3) refused to accept delivery; or 4), submitted falsified name, address or contact details, DRY Things will charge the client a fee. For letters and parcels the fee is 40 € incl. VAT and for larger packages to SEK 80 € incl. VAT. The fee is charged to cover DRY things cost of return shipping and return Administration.
Right to withdraw
For purchases in our online store you have the right to withdraw your order. This means that you, the customer has the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you received the goods. The item must be in as good condition as when you received it, that is, unused and undamaged. Original packaging must be saved and follow the item. When you exercise the right of withdrawal, you as a customer is liable for the return shipping.
Repayment is normally within 10 working days if you already paid your bill, but not later than 30 days after we received and accepted your return. Please contact us before returning an item.
DRY Things are not responsible for any shipping damage during return shipment, send therefore returned well packaged.
Return policy does not apply to corporate clients..
You have the right to make a complaint about a product if it can be assumed to be a manufacturing defect in the product. Contact us within 14 days and include clear pictures of the defective product and give us your order number. If there is a complaint because of faulty goods or we dispatched the wrong item, we stand for the return shipping, while we primarily replace the item with a new one, or if the product is out of stock we will refund what you spent for the goods.
Colors and pictures
We try to show the colors of the products as accurately as possible but we can not guarantee that the colors shown in the web-shop exactly correspond to the colors of the goods in reality. The colors depend on your computer and monitor settings. We can not guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance.
We reserve the right to retrospectively correct any erroneous information regarding the price and delivery. We reserve the right for any errors in product as well as price.
DRY is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond DRY’s control, e.g. general labour dispute, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. Such circumstances shall result in relief from damages and other measures. If any such situation should arise, DRY shall inform the Customer accordingly both at the beginning and the end of the period for the current situation. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, both the Customer and DRY are entitled to terminate the purchase with immediate effect.
Applicable law and dispute resolutions
Any disputes shall primarily be settled by agreement after discussions with DRY’s customer services. In the event of any dispute, DRY complies with the decisions of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints or the corresponding authority in other European countries. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these General Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish laws and shall be exclusively settled by the courts of Sweden.
